During your sessions, Ann-Marie will welcome you to the beautiful grounds at Valley Views Equestrian Centre, set on a stunning 200 acres in Chittering Western Australia.
Together with the team of incredible horses, the land and your breath, Ann-Marie creates the space for you to achieve a state of calm and knowing, from which your body is able to shift its perspective, building and creating new neural pathways and strengthening existing, useful synapses. Supporting your nervous system and simply allowing you to come back into living in more ease, joy and alignment.
